In my position as Teamlead Digital Design at CALIDA, I took on strategic and visual responsibility for the digital brand presence. I led, coordinated and developed the digital design team to ensure a consistent visual presence at all digital touchpoints and to optimize the user experience. I was also responsible for maintaining the corporate identity and corporate design and worked closely with the CRM and onsite teams. My tasks included the conception and design of creatives, such as statics, videos and banners for paid social channels as well as Criteo banners and display ads. I also analyzed and developed digital communication tools, optimized the brand presence, worked on the further development of the Online Brand World with the e-commerce team and coordinated the newsletter design. I was responsible for project management and creative concepts and was the point of contact for technical issues and briefings in the area of user experience.
